i had a wonderful stay at wilson palace during the christmas party. the room was spacious and immaculate, and the free mini bar was a lovely treat. the location made it easy to explore the city, exceeding my expectations from previous visits.

the checkout process was chaotic.

a supposed fancy hotel with terrible soundproofing and a breakfast staff that wouldn’t even help with my bags. i woudl have given a decent review, but my request for a complimentary stay after all this was met with disbelief. absolutely appalling. if you want peace and luxury, look elsewhere, you’ll just be treated like a regular.

Our stay in the executive room was memorable, featuring a spacious layout and a marvelous bathroom. The daily replenished mini bar was a treat for the kids, and we appreciated the hotel’s prime location, making it easy for us to explore Bratislava with our little ones.

My wife says that having a ramp to make moving our luggage easier would greatly enhance the experience for families with young kids.
